  1. Trigger warnings are important, some survivors need them and I agree with the article. Dealing with trauma over time requires hard work and focus, an internal agreement to work through fear, pain and loss. You can’t avoid everything though and over time the Trigger Warnings are should simply become a means to emotionally prepare yourself for the content of material and the discussion.
