The sky

The sky the best way for me to ground myself. Sky=grounding. An oxymoron it would seem. The clouds often mimick my emotions. As the clouds move from fluffy to dark to sun streamed to clear blue, so my emotions will range. I can connect my emotions to what is in the sky. As if they God has given me the perfect replication of what is in my mind and printed it for me in the sky as if to say, ” I know this is how you feel.” The sky changed a lot today as did my emotions. I had an incredibly emotional morning. I had a very dark afternoon. I had an incredibly uplifting evening. And now I am having a very calm night. I think the sky shows all of these things. I also found a magnificent yellow flower

My husband and I went for a walk this evening. We waited as the sun went down so I could take pictures of the sun as it was going down. When we almost got home my owl called out a hello. I also took a short video of a hawk that was very vocal for my friend over at Therapybits blog!


This picture above reminds me of an angel raining down her light on the world. I absolutely love it. It is one of my most favorite sky pictures so far.

And then the sun set. The moon looked so big. But in the picture it looks so small. Things are not always as they seem…
