Climbing Mt. Warning At 3 AM To Greet The Sunrise

CLIMBING MT. WARNING AT 3 AM TO GREET THE SUNRISE

After visiting Nimbin and the Terania Waterfalls at Nightcap National Park, we went to Mt.Warning. We loved to climb and to greet sunrise there. So, we decided to buy some stuff on the way to the mountain area.

We did eating Indian food for dinner. Then we went to Mt.Warning and sleeping in our camper car. It’s comfortable and I slept very well. Then about 2 O’clock, there is a couple who just arrived and they laughed a lot. It makes me wake up before 3. So, we decided to wake up and to make hot tea first.

Then all the preparation done, we’re ready to climb the mountain. It took 2 hours walking to the steeps. I was a bit tired in the middle of the way. Then the hardest part is when we almost reached the summit. We need to climb up without track. We need to use the chains there. It’s very cold because it’s in winter.

Finally, we made it! We reached on top. We we’re second couple. We ate hot soup and snacks that we brought while waiting for the sunrise. Then sunrise appeared slowly while many people arrived. So we decided to go back soon. It’s great experience for me to climb mountain in winter.
