I must say he definitely made the show “Parts Unknown” very interesting. I liked the authenticity of the man’s personality. He didn’t seemed to try to pretend to be someone he wasn’t. He admitted he did it all during his youth. Drugs, alcohol, wild sex life,  I won’t say that’s the right way to live but I’ll say it’s the authentic way to live if that’s who you are. Be who you are and don’t try to pretend to be someone else.

I liked the show because I learned a lot about parts of the world that wasn’t commonly shown on tours of that particular city. And apparently lots of other people did too.

He visited neighborhoods and places in a city that others didn’t consider glamor or important enough to step foot in. Let alone sit and chat with the locals. Yes, I know it was staged. All…
